Frequently asked questions
- How does approval work?
- Complete your profile and apply from your mentor hub. We review every application and email you the decision, with feedback when we have some. If it is not approved, update your profile and apply again.
- When do I get paid?
- When a package is complete. After you have held its sessions, you mark the package complete. The mentee confirms, or 72 hours pass, and your share goes to your Stripe account automatically.
- What does the Verified badge mean?
- You confirmed an email address of your university. Mentees see the badge on your profile and in the search, and can look for verified mentors only.
- Can I be paid in my own currency?
- Payouts are in US dollars. If your bank account uses another currency, Stripe or your bank converts the amount.
